Serial Flash Driver

Overview

Sample program for erasure control/reading/writing for RX Family, 78K0R/Kx3-L, R8C Family and M16C Family block cycle serial I/O.

Supported MCUs	RX Family (RX610 Group)
Supported Memory	M25P Series and M45PE by Micron Technology or corresponding product serial Flash memory
Features	- It can read, write and delete the data simply by calling the user API function. - It uses clock synchronous mode of serial communication interface (SCI) and one port for the control.

Note:
With Serial Flash Driver for RX Family, use the following two softwares in combination.

For M25P Series by Micron Technology or corresponding product serial Flash memory: (1)RX Family Micron Technology M25P Series Serial Flash memory Control Software
(2)Clock Synchronous Single Master Control Software Using the RX Family SCI
For M45PE Series by Micron Technology or corresponding product serial Flash memory: (1)RX Family Micron Technology M45PE Series Serial Flash memory Control Software
(2)Clock Synchronous Single Master Control Software Using the RX Family SCI

Features	It uses Serial Array Unit (SAU) CSI mode and one port for the control.
