Evaluation Board for the 7641 Group USB Interface Function

 

Features

Suitable for evaluation of the 7641 Group USB interface function.

  • Enables easy evaluation of the 7641 USB interface function.
  • Enables system evaluation of the 7641 by using PCA7756 or PCA4981C (option for HP or FP package).
  • Serial programming connector for Flash is equipped.
    --> Enables serial programming to the 7641 Flash Version.
  • Vbus voltage detect and USB line (D+) pull-up select circuits are equipped.
  • Enables evaluation of the 7641 as a slave MCU by the external expansion connector.
  • LEDs are available (4 lines).
  • Universal area is provided to mount auxiliary components.
    -->Enables evaluation for different USB connectors or external memory expansion, etc.
  • Each pin of expansion connector corresponds to that of 7641.
    -->Enables general-purpose use.

  • Power Source Voltage: 5V
  • Oscillation Frequency: f(XIN)=24MHz, f(XCIN )=32.768KHz
  • Switches:
    MCU Reset, Processor Mode Control, USB Power Source Select, USB Line (D+) Pull-up Select, and Vbus Detection Select
  • Connectors:
    USB, External Memory/Master CPU Expansion, Serial, and Adapter
  • Serial Flash programming is available.
  • Adapter board is connectable.
  • External memory or master CPU is connectable in microprocessor or memory expansion mode.
