Overview
The M30220TF-PRB is pod probe that is used by connecting to the emulation pod
for M16C/22 Group (M30220, M30221 Groups) of Renesas 16-bit MCUs. This pod is
for debugging a control program reprogramming flash memory used in the CPU
rewrite mode of M 16C/20 Series.
