This product is an emulator MCU board for the M38000TL2-FPD emulation pod in the PC4701 emulator system.

Applications

• As an emulator MCU for 7630 Group
  Insert M37630E4FS MCU to M37630T-RFS emulator connection board, and connect the probe of the emulation pod to M37630T-RFS. Solder TQPACK to the foot pattern for 44-pin 0.8mm-pitch QFP (44P6N-A) of the target system, and attach M37630T-RFS via TQSOCKET.
  


• For target system on-board evaluation
  Insert an MCU with internal PROM to PCA4628 board, and replace M37630T-RFS emulator connection board with PCA4628 for on-board evaluation using an MCU with internal PROM.
