  - Large bus cycle capacity of 128 bit × 128k.
  - Available maximum of 24 channels for the trigger point.
  - Moreover, functionalities for a time stamp, a real-time data monitor (32 byte × 8 area), and PC trace are also available.
Break function
- Available to set maximum of 24 channels of the hardware break point individually.
Performance function
- Available to specify the subroutine time measurement module number (maximum of 8 ch), the maximum/minimum measurement (4 ch), the subroutine execution count measurement module number (maximum of 8 ch) and also for the time-out function/ RUN time measurement module number (maximum of 2 ch).
Memory access function during emulation
- Allows the contents of a memory to be referred and changed during emulation.
User system debugging in its nearly-complete form
- Available to debug the user system in its nearly-complete form.
