SH7763
Product Overview:
The SH7763 is a RISC (reduced instruction set computer) microcomputer incorporating a 32-bit SH-4A CPU core.
This LSI operates at a maximum operating frequency of 266MHz and incorporates FPU supporting single-precision and double-precision. This LSI incorporates DDR-SDRAM and a 32-bit local bus state controller which connects SRAM or flash memory, enabling efficient interface with memory.
In addition, this LSI includes peripheral functions such as a gigabit Ethernet controller performing high-speed data transfer, a PCI bus state controller connecting an LSI with a PCI interface, a moving image stream interface enabling transmission of MPEG-2 TS (Transport Stream) format data, a security accelerator, an LCD controller and USB host/function controller.
