Overview

The SH7606 Group is supported only for the customers who have already adopted any of the products.
Not recommended for new designs. Please use other SuperH Family products instead.

The SH7606 Series are high-end microcontrollers which offer excellent cost performance. The series incorporates a compact 32-bit SH-2 core, featuring a maximum operating frequency of 100 MHz and a high processing performance of 130 MIPS. The SH7606 Series includes 16 KB of cache memory and 4 KB of internal RAM. Also included are peripheral functions such as a bus state controller that can connect directly to SDRAM, a burst ROM and a PC card, 3 channels of serial interface with FIFO and a 16-bit cycle timer.  A host interface is incorporated, and in large scale systems with a main CPU, the SH7606 Series can operate as a sub-CPU.
