SH7147
Product Overview:
The SH7147 group is a single chip microcomputer incorporating a Renesas Electronics original 32-bit RISC SH-2 core and peripheral functions.
This group offers increase in maximum operating frequency from the 50 MHz of the current SH7047F to 80MHz.
On-chip flash memory with full-time single-cycle access capability from CPU is also incorporated. This group includes a powerful 16-bit timer (MTU2, MTU2S)and 2 modules of high precision 12-bit A/D converter, suitable for industrial and consumer applications with inverter control function.
The SH7147 includes one or two* interface channels compatible with the CAN in-vehicle LAN specification, a 4-wire SSU and a serial interface (SCI).
These comprehensive communication functions enable easy connection to other electronic units, ICs, and so forth.
