| SH-Ether series incorporates IEEE802.3u-compliant Ethernet controller supporting 10/100Mbps. Appliances such as printer, network camera connected to 10/100Mpbs-support Ethernet can be developed easily. SH-Ether series incorporates a microcomputer and an Ethernet controller on a single chip, and which enables higher performance, compact and lower power consumption system. SH-Ether series is suitable for network appliance, broadband equipment and IP phones. |

To support this inverter control technology, SuperH incorporates a high performance CPU core, a 3-phase PWM timer with dead-time, a phase coefficient counter for encoder, a simultaneously samplable 10- or 12-bit A/D converter in a single chip. SuperH supports downsizing and higher performance of inverter system.
