Product Overview:

The H8S/2678, 2678R Group of microcomputers incorporates 16bit x 16bitmultipliers. They are equipped with built-in IRQ (H8S/2678), EXDMAC (H8S.2678)and SDRAM I/F (H8S/2678R) in addition to the standard peripheral modules. These144-pin products have improved usability due to the deletion of EEMOV dummyread, improved IPR independence (EXDMAC) and IRQI, etc.
