The H8S/2643 Group of microcomputers is an I/O enhanced version of the 16bitx 16bit built-in multiplier H8S/2633 Group products. These 120-, 128- and144-pin products incorporate SCI5ch, PLL clock frequency multiplier andpowerful timers in addition to the standard peripheral modules
