The H8S/2189R Group is a series of microcomputers (MCUs) made up of theH8S/2000 CPU with Renesas Electronics's exclusive architecture as the core andperipheral functions that can be applied to various application.
The device has 1 MB ROM and 6 kB RAM, large enough memories for most cspscityapplication programs.
Also, the flash memory has a function to protect software in the protectedarea. It enables a device with software IP to be re-sold as a value-addeddevice from software IP vendors.
