H8/300

Overview:

The H8/300 Series are high-speed processors featuring powerful bit-manipulation instructions, ideally suited for real-time control applications.
The following features are included

• Employs the proprietary Renesas H8/300 8-bit CPU.
• 16MHz/5V, 10 MHz/3V high-speed operation.
  • Minimum instruction execution time: 125ns (f = 16MHz)
  • 8-bit and 16-bit addition and subtraction: 125ns
  • 8-bit x 8-bit multiplication: 875ns
  • 16-bit ÷ 8-bit division:875ns
• Peripheral functions for a variety of requirements.
  • Single power supply flash ROM, Dual power supply, ZTAT, Mask are available.
  • Watchdog timer, host interface, 10-bit A/D converter, I2C-bus interface.

This group is supported only for the customers who have already adopted any of the products.
For new adoption, please consider H8S Family or H8SX Family products.
