Built-in MOSFET Integrated SiP
These integrated power devices combine an IC and two power MOSFETs in a single package. They are ideal for high efficiency/high current applications such as computer and server CPU and DDR memory power supplies.
Power MOSFETs for Automobile use
Starting from the NP Series that was developed to meet the strict conditions demanded in the automotive electronics field, we have a rich lineup of products, including an eighth-generation series consisting of three-phase motor control implemented in a single package.
Power MOSFETs for General Amplifier
These are enhanced power MOSFETs with excellent frequency characteristics. They are ideal for audio amplifier output.
Power MOSFETs for General Switching
A high-voltage (500 V or more) and low RDS(on) series. These low-loss switching MOSFETs suitable for applications such as power supply and motor drive have rich selection of packages. The DPD type has a compact surface-mount package, and it is ideal for LED lighting.
Power MOSFETs for Protection use of PC and Battery
These 30V MOSFETs have small packages and low on-resistance. They are ideal for charge/discharge control switches of lithium-ion batteries for portable devices.
